SHOWHOUSE currently makes images, short videos, product work, voiceover, scores, and sound effects, and can animate, edit, upscale, remove backgrounds, and create reference-led character images. Productions and Tools show the current entries.

A failed step does not commit its reserved credits. If an outcome is still uncertain, SHOWHOUSE keeps it in checking and does not ask you to run it again. House QC and repair are included.

No. A short, plain description of what you want is enough -- BOARD is what turns that into a real production direction, not prompt-engineering on your part.

HOUSE ROUTE (the default) picks a justified route for you and reports it simply as "House Route" -- the underlying provider stays internal. CHOOSE THE ENGINE lets you pick a specific capability directly, and in that case the real model name is shown as your job's route.

The customer-visible production record: completed stages, accepted production facts, source relationship, output facts, and Production Credits committed or restored. Supplier routing and House economics stay internal.

Yes. ANIMATE A PHOTO accepts an owned image, shows the current Production Credit quote, and creates a new video Asset. Exact engine choices remain explicit and are never silently substituted.

No subscription is required. Subscription plans are not currently offered; Production Credits are available as pay-as-you-go packs.

Yes. Current pay-as-you-go packs are $5.00 for 500, $12.00 for 1,250, $25.00 for 2,700, $50.00 for 5,500 Production Credits. No subscription is required.

Purchased Production Credits do not expire in the current credit ledger. Promotional credits carry their stated expiry. Your account shows the current usable balance.

No. House QC and repair are included in the production quote. They do not create a second charge.

Before a chargeable House action starts, SHOWHOUSE shows the exact requirement and your available balance. If the balance cannot cover it, nothing runs; add credits to continue the same commission.

You pay for the production, not the pipeline. The House plans the direction before any paid work starts, reuses what already cleared QC, and repairs only what actually failed -- so the price reflects one finished piece, not a running meter of individual model calls.

Yes -- every finished PRIMETIME result includes a real download link to the actual finished file.

No. The small SH. mark you may see on a public showcase page is a website preview overlay only -- it is never applied to the file you actually download.

No -- checkout runs through Stripe's own hosted payment page. SHOWHOUSE never handles or stores your raw card details itself.

It upgrades your working anonymous account to a real, credentialed one (email + password) so your projects, assets, and credit balance survive clearing cookies and can be reached from another browser or device.

With scrypt, a real memory-hard password-hashing algorithm, salted per account. Your session is a random 256-bit token; only its hash is ever stored.

Yes. Deleting an Asset removes it from your account and blocks access to it in SHOWHOUSE. SHOWHOUSE does not currently publish a file-retention or deletion schedule.

Customer projects and source Assets are private by default. Publishing a finished output shares only that output and the public fields you choose; it does not publish source Assets, private brief details, unused drafts, or internal production facts.
